She says she can remember as a little girl cutting out pictures of houses and decorating them with small cutouts of furniture and bits of decor. So, while she gained extensive experience in property management, understanding the maintenance perspective and the make-ready process, perfecting her management skills and customer service, she soon realized she wanted more. Transitioning into residential sales, she determined to take it even a step further by earning her broker's license. Living by the Golden Rule has been another factor. Dedicated, energetic, outgoing, and down to earth, Sarah places a high value on honesty and loyalty. For her, helping people is a way of life, and she treats clients as if they were family. A native Houstonian, Sarah is was an active volunteer at Texas Children's Hospital. Devoted to her sister who was born with a cleft lip and palate, and underwent numerous painful surgeries to repair since she was 3 months old, Sarah credits TCH for the person her sister has become. She says, "I have to give back to TCH for giving me my sister." Sarah has been in business for over 15 years, and began working with eXp Realty in 2018 and establishing her team in 2020.
